Web Comics

While discussing about Webcomics with my friends the other day I got the idea of listing the ones I read regularly and those I have read in the past.

Reading now:

  • Goblins: One of the Best D&D themed comics. Funny and intense. The fight scenes take forever but it's so worth it.
  • DM of the Rings: A huge success. The author, a geeky blogger that has achieved internet fame, has a very strong sense of humour. The Cartoon is finished now. Makes me sad, but ended on a high note.
  • Chainmail Bikini: From the same guy as DM of the Ring. I like it a lot, controversy and all.
  • Penny Arcade: A classic. Video Games humour and comments
  • Order of the Stick: One of the best D&D comics around!
  • Home on the Strange: Written by The Ferret of Starcitygames, it's about geeky 35 year olds. Very Geeky, It takes some time getting used to but hot damn it grows onto you.
Reading occasionally:
  • PVP Online: The 1st web comic I read. Very funny, the 1st 100 strips or so. The humor ends up felling recycled by the 20th time Brent get's mauled by a Panda.
  • Girl Genius: Beautifully drawn steampunk. I should read it more often!
  • 8-bit theater: 8-bit Final Fantasy goodness

Feel free to give your favorite comics in the comments and I'll add them in this post.

Reader created comics:
  • Cat's Grace: by Cayzle, Overflowing with geeky D&D references and puns.

Read all QC in 4 days. It's a great strip. And worth the frustration. Reminds me of Friends, only raunchier and, like, actually good! (Nah, I'm not that cool, I loved Friends... at least the good seasons)
